Most people would borrow the money if that is what it took just to be able to learn the skills in order to make a six figure income. Once you have invested that money in yourself, you are going no where but up. So really, how important is your future to you?

You cannot generate the income you have always dreamed of if all you know how to do is start people off at the very bottom. When people start at the bottom with little to no money invested, they do not have the motivation to talk to people or to invest back into their business. Why? Because all they were taught was to start at the bottom and they do not know how to properly close people to start at the top. People duplicate what they have been taught. It takes the same amount of work, effort and time to promote a low end package as it does to promote a high end package. So where will you benefit? If you start people out low, they will sell low and never make the money they have been promised. Do you think people will stay in a business and work hard if they aren’t making any money? I am sure you know the answer to that question.

What you have to remember is that it takes the same effort to close the top end package as it does the low end package. You may be saying to yourself that you do not know how to close with the high end package. What you need to understand is that this is not about you. It is about your prospect and what is best for them. If you sign them up with the low end package, they will get frustrated, repeat what they have learned and end up quitting because it is not in their best interest.

HOW is really the determining factor; you need to learn how. Ask yourself, “how much money are you loosing because you don't know how”?

Can you pull some weeds, clean up and rearrange the backyard and patio, clean up and rearrange the garage so that the second car can finally get in, put new screws in the kitchen and bathroom cabinets so that they finally close properly? Can this be a business? The answer is yes. You have found yourself a great little business, and based on the sampling of people I talked to in my neighborhood, you will be as busy as you want to be.

Job #2: Temporary Service Provider

Things happen everyday where working family members get caught up in a project, are stuck in traffic, must attend an unexpected meeting and need to call a friend or neighbor to pick up the kid, take grandma to the doctors for a check-up or to the market to get something she needs, get dinner from the Chinese restaurant down the street before the family gets home, take the boy (or girl) to baseball practice or dance school. How many times can someone ask a family member, friend or neighbor to help out? It would be great if I could call someone I trust, who lives in the area, that for a reasonable price will do these temporary chores so that I do not need to bother my family or friends all the time? Can this be a business? The answer is yes. I know someone that washes cars at night and early in the morning for people who are too busy to get to a carwash and need the car cleaned when they finally get home or before they leave in the morning. He makes a good living, and his entire inventory is a battery operated hand vacuum, a bucket, a couple of soft sponges, several soft drying cloths and a few cleaning agents.

Job #3: House Sitter

This is a great part-time job for a single person, someone who lives with relatives or rents a room or small apartment where they can leave for several days at a time and not have to worry about maintaining their own living area.

People need to go on business trips, trade shows or events or take vacations. Some people own weekend homes. In almost every case, they do not want to leave their homes empty for several days even if they have security. Who will water the plants? Who will be there when an important delivery is made? Who will feed the fish or other household pet? The answer is you!

You get paid for living in a variety of nice houses and get paid to do so. This is a job, so do not invite your friends over or have a party. You will not last long as a house sitter if you do not follow the rules.

Job #4: Tutor

Almost every kid from first grade to college is lacking in one or more subjects, and for one reason or another, the teacher is just not getting through or the kid is just not getting it. Are you really good at math, history, English, Spanish or any other subject or subjects that kids need to know? Do you work well with children? Are you patient? If the answers are yes, you will have parents banging on your door to help their kids learn what you know.

I find it curious that every home business owner will proclaim that they are starting their home business to create wealth. But how many of us really are able to define what true wealth is? I have heard many of my home business partners say that they think being truly wealthy is either luck or the other person is more intelligent than they are. I think they are dead wrong! People become wealthy because they are leading a life of self-motivation, perseverance, planning and a lot of hard work.

If you find that hard to believe you could ask Donald Trump or Robert Kiyosaki, or read their books, they will tell you that wealth is works; and not for the super intelligent!

So how do you become wealthy?

1. No one ever became wealthy working for someone else. Financial freedom means leaving 9 to 5 dead end jobs.

By now, you have probably heard about Holly Mann and her Honest Riches E Book. If not, you may want to learn more about her.

Ms. Mann has caused quite a stir among the well known "gurus". Her biography reads like the classic "rags to riches" Horatio Alger story. Three cheers for another underdog that made it to the top of the heap! Don't you just love America?

Another twist to the drama! Ms. Mann (the newcomer) decided that she had a better product and knew more than the "establishment". She brought her knowledge and skills to the marketplace. She hasn't looked back since.

It is very rare to find an individual that has impeccable integrity, character and honesty like Ms. Mann. I was hard pressed to come up with anything negative in my research about the E Book or the author before purchasing it.

I still had some reservations about the E Book but decided to give it a try. I wasn't disappointed.

POSITIVES

The format and material of the E Book is designed for beginners and experts alike. It includes step by step instructions on how to start your business. If your budget is limited, the E Book lists several free and inexpensive methods to get you going. Readers with a significant amount of experience will gain some new insights as well.

The E Book gets to the point without any fluff. It is 95 pages of fact filled material. She is very direct and detailed in explaining every technique that has made her successful. If you are looking for a no nonsense approach this is it.

The material is easy to read. The flow of the guide is well thought out and concise. She helps you grasp the basics before throwing you "under the bus" with the advanced stuff. I was very impressed by her down to earth approach and methodical teaching style.

She is very up front in telling people that her program is not a get rich scheme. Quite frankly, I would rather have someone tell me the truth than insult my intelligence with outrageous claims and ridiculous hype. It's still going to take some hard work, time and tenacity to make the program work. That's the reality.

It's very rare that an E Book gives the reader this much "bang for the buck". The author is extremely knowledgeable and a savvy business woman. She knows what she is talking about and clearly enjoys sharing her expertise. I was amazed at the level of her knowledge.

Many E Books are a ploy to whet your appetite for another purchase. This isn't one of them. You can actually start a business immediately by using her techniques. Any new venture involves a certain degree of trial and error. Her attention to detail gives the reader a reasonable chance of success.

NEGATIVES

A little more disclosure about the amount of time involved in learning the material and implementing the procedures would have been helpful. She doesn't hide the fact that there will be challenges involved and the average reader will be overwhelmed at first. I had expected as much.

While she gave several suggestions for free resources and methods, I personally found some of the offers to be different than what was presented. In all fairness, the author may not have realized that her information may have been out of date.

CONCLUSION

Would I recommend the E Book to my friends? Very much so! The author has invested a lot of time and talent in the product. The material is rock solid and worth the expense.

It's highly unlikely that the average person could learn the tips and techniques that the Honest Riches guide offers on their own. It would require a tremendous amount of effort (and luck) to pull that off. I'm not interested in "reinventing the wheel" or spending hours trying to figure things out by myself. Do yourself a favor and let the author guide you along the way.
